How do I Apply a Discount Code to my Account?

Discount codes can reduce or waive the fees associated with a parking session. They can be added directly to the account and saved for future use. They can also be applied to a parking session directly prior to OR following checkout while the session is still active.

Note: Parking sessions with a discount or promo code display the correct amount on the confirmation page, app history, and email. Sometimes, a pending charge for the full price appears on your bank card, but it will be charged the discounted amount.

Adding a Discount Directly to the Account

• Open settings by tapping the hamburger menu ( three horizontal lines) in the top right of the app’s homepage
• Tap “Payment” to open the payment settings
• Tap “Discounts” to view the discounts currently associated with the account
• Tap “+ Add Discount Code”
• If you had a QR code discount, agree to the camera permissions, and scan the code to add it to the account
• If you don't have a QR code or prefer not to enable camera permissions, tap “enter code manually,” then carefully input the discount code
• After the discount is added, you will be returned to the discounts page, where you can view the newly added code

Adding a Discount Prior to Checkout

• On the Confirm Parking page of your parking session, before proceeding to start parking, tap “+ Add Discount Code”
• Select a previously added discount code OR tap “+ Add Discount Code” to open the camera to scan the code
• You may also enter the code manually by tapping "enter code manually” to see the option to type in the discount code instead
• After applying the code, you will see a confirmation that the discount has been successfully applied to the session

Adding a Discount to an Active Session 

• Open settings by tapping the hamburger menu, then tap the Active section at the top
• Tap “+ Add Discount Code”
• Select a previously added discount code OR tap “+ Add Discount Code” to open the camera to scan the code
• You may also enter the code manually by tapping "enter code manually.”
• After applying the code, you will see a confirmation that the discount has been successfully applied to the session
