ParkMobile Wallet and ParkMobile Wallet for Business are features that allow you to load an account balance onto your account. Your future parking transactions are deducted from that balance rather than individually charged to your credit card each time in zones where the Wallet is accepted. When your Wallet balance reaches $0, the credit card you attached at sign-up will be charged the load amount you chose to replenish the balance.
You can sign up for the ParkMobile Wallet after identifying whether it is accepted as a payment method at your parking location. (See Which locations take ParkMobile Wallet?) To sign up for the ParkMobile Wallet within the mobile app, tap the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines), select Payment Methods, and choose the ParkMobile Wallet.
ParkMobile for Business accounts can also set up the Wallet online via the Personal Pages. Complete the required fields, select your load amount, and confirm. The next time you start a parking transaction in a parking area that accepts the Wallet, we'll charge your credit card on file the load amount you selected, and your parking transactions will be deducted from that balance in the future.

Is there a cost to sign up for the ParkMobile Wallet?
No. You are not charged immediately when you sign up for the Wallet. After you select the Wallet, you will see a balance of $0.00. When you start a parking transaction in a parking area that accepts the Wallet, then we'll charge your credit card on file the load amount you selected, and your parking transactions will be deducted from that balance going forward.

Can I cancel the ParkMobile Wallet?
Yes. You can cancel the ParkMobile Wallet at any time. If your Wallet account is closed for any reason, the unused balance will be returned (refunded) to your primary credit card on file or your PayPal account associated with the ParkMobile account. A check can be issued only if the first two refund methods are not possible. A check refund may take up to twenty (20) business days to process and deliver to you. Please note that accounts with a negative balance will not be refunded.

How much will I need to load on the ParkMobile Wallet?
The available load increments for Free Basic accounts are $25, $50, and $75. For Business account holders, the available load increments are $100, $250, and $500.

After I've signed up for ParkMobile Wallet, will I use a different process to create parking sessions?
No. You will use the same process to create parking sessions. You will simply choose Parkmobile Wallet during the check-out process. The system will then deduct the parking fees from your Wallet balance.
