First, download the Parkmobile app from your smartphone's app store. You could also register online here.
Register with Email
- After downloading and opening the app, you will see the Welcome! page
- Enter the email you want to use to connect to your ParkMobile account
- Agree to the Terms & Conditions
- You will be sent a verification email with a 6-digit code to enter in the app
- Enter your mobile phone number
- Enter your license plate and payment information
Register with Phone Number
- After downloading and opening the app, you will see the Welcome! page
- Select Continue With Phone Number, the option at the bottom of the page
- Agree to the Terms & Conditions
- You will be sent a verification text with a 6-digit code to enter in the app
- Enter your email address
- Enter your license plate and payment information
Register with Google or Apple
- After downloading and opening the app, you will see the Welcome! page
- Tap “continue with Google” or “continue with Apple.”
- Confirm which account you want to link to your ParkMobile account
- Agree to the Terms & Conditions
- Enter your phone number
- You will be sent a 6-digit code to enter in the app
- Enter your license plate and payment information
- Note: Registering automatically with Apple will cause your Apple ID security email to be used. This email cannot be changed later.
