Identifying a Fraudulent Charge
If you notice a parking session on your account that you don't recall starting yourself, there are a few potential solutions to discover what has happened.
- Is the session in a familiar place, with a familiar vehicle? If so, check if a family member or friend used your account for parking that day.
- Do you have a receipt, but no charge on your card? Then, potentially, another account has a typo with their email, causing you to get their receipts. If this happens, please inform us so we can have that corrected.
However, if you are certain that the parking session was not started by you or a household member and that it is a fraudulent charge, please contact your bank to discuss your next steps.
